Mapping company contacts from shared mailboxes

Departments' generic mailboxes become a map of relationships: who talks to whom in each company, and on which topics. Each thread is classified by theme by a language model.

Illustrative mock-up: the names, values and documents shown are fictitious.

Context

Several departments (invoicing, contracts, debt collection, corporate relations) deal with the same companies without a shared view.

The problem

No way of knowing whom the organisation is already talking to in a given company.

What we built

An application that extracts and cleans external correspondents from several mailboxes, groups them by company domain, summarises exchanges with AI, classifies each thread by theme and provides search, contact records and export.

Steps

  1. 01Ingestion of the generic mailboxes
  2. 02Grouping by company and summaries
  3. 03Batch classification of threads
  4. 04Recalibration of the taxonomy on a stratified sample

Hosting and models
