No consolidated view of occupancy, with rooms overbooked in one place and empty in another.

What we built

An application that consolidates the schedule exports and the data warehouse, calculates occupancy rates by day and by week, flags conflicts and uses AI to propose reallocations; a retrospective view across 8 sites.
