Each apprenticeship contract is pre-checked on four axes: duties against the official skills framework, statutory dates, pay, and funding body. Flagged cases are presented for review.
Context
An organisation managing several hundred apprenticeship contracts spread across many sites and programmes.
The problem
Manual, slow and inconsistent regulatory checks, with pay or date errors discovered late.
What we built
A 360-degree view per contract: AI comparison of the declared duties with the skills blocks of the official framework, five date rules from the French Labour Code, statutory pay calculation (minimum wage, collective agreement), cross-check of the funding body against a public API, a calculation chatbot, and a unified dashboard fed by the data warehouse.
